Event Info

EAOO Helsinki2021 is a unique international congress that brings the optometry and optics sector together once a year – this time in Helsinki, Finland.

The event was originally planned for May 2020 but had to be postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

EAOO Helsinki2021 will take place in the Finnish capital on 23-25 April 2021, with ECOO meetings starting already on 22 April. We offer a top-quality three-day congress including keynotes, various other lectures, poster presentations, workshops, discussion groups, and professional exhibitions. The programme is in English. The congress will be streamed online for those who can’t be present in Helsinki.

Did you register for May 2020 and are unsure what to do?

NÄE and EAOO are offering the delegates, sponsors and exhibitors the chance to hold on to their registration or other commitment until next year’s EAOO Helsinki2021 and also gain free online access to a new event Oulu Optometria Forum. ECOO delegates who paid their registration fee for the ECOO meetings or the combined ticket, can also use their ticket for the new date in 2021.

If you have kept your registration for EAOO Helsinki2021, you will have free access to attend the Oulu Optometria Forum event through an online stream. For this you do not need to register. You will be sent a link to the stream closer to the event.
