2. On the summary page, you see a summary of your registration and here you can chose how to make the payment, by credit card or by invoice
3. After your payment you will get a confirmation mail 

Accepted payment methods:
The payment of registration fees must be in Euros and can be done by Credit card och by Invoice

Payment by credit card may be carried out directly at the end of the registaration process.

For invoice payments, there will be an extra fee 20 €. 

Opportunities for Bursaries for ICATA 2023 now open!

Being mindful of the current cost of living crisis we appreciate that these are difficult and challenging times. As a result, the ICATA executive committee are keen to support those who might be put off from registering for this conference because of cost with an extension of the ICATA bursary scheme.

Depending on numbers of applications, we are hoping to cover the cost of the early bird registration fee (250 euros) for those that submit a request for a bursary prior to the 31^st March 23. We would particularly encourage those from middle- or low-income countries to apply, as well as students and trainees from all countries and affiliated organisations.

If we have considerable demand for bursaries, we may need to revisit the amount we are able to offer, but we shall inform all who have applied after the deadline of the early bird bookings (31^st March 23) about the outcome of their application.

Cancellation and refund Policy: 
A refund, less a 10€ administration fee, will be made if cancellations are received, in writing, by April 30th 2023 to icata2023@arcada.fi.  
We regret that any cancellation after this time cannot be refunded and refunds for failure to attend the event cannot be made.
