Leah is an award-winning futurist who designs future-proof strategies, creates preferred state business models, and designs complex organizational change. She has worked with a variety of startups, arts and culture, financial services, academia, government, corporate, and not-for-profit organizations. Recently, she collaborated TIFF and UNESCO. She also creates story-based experiential futures (situations and stuff from the future) to challenge conventional thinking, communicate complex ideas, and encourage innovation. Leah was previously the Senior Foresight Strategist at Gensler and is the founder of the Toronto chapter of Speculative Futures.
