Mr Rainer Hilli

Rainer Hilli on Roschierin toimitusjohtaja ja immateriaalioikeuspraktiikan vetäjä. Hänellä on yli 20 vuoden kokemus immateriaalioikeustransaktioista sekä -riidoista kansainväliset patenttiriidat mukaan lukien. Hilli aloitti Roschierilla vuonna 1986, ja hänestä tuli osakas vuonna 1996. Hän on yksi Suomen johtavista asiantuntijoista alallaan (mm. Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, Legal 500 ja PLC Which Lawyer? -julkaisujen mukaan). Hän on myös Pohjois-Euroopan johtavia asiantuntijoita lääketeollisuuden alalla.

   

Mr David Brown

David Brown is a founder and former CEO of Canatu, Teicos Pharma, Particle Stream Technologies and StreamWise and StreamWise Finland. He has more than 180 scientific articles, 150 granted and pending patents and 100 invited talks on, for instance, thin film electronics, entrepreneurship, nanotechnology, carbon nanotubes and NanoBud®, synthesis and deposition of nanomaterials, drug delivery and formulation, nuclear safety and modeling and algorithms for characterizing materials, aerosol synthesis and touch sensing. He is also a Fulbright Fellow in physics and a has worked as an advisor and independent contractor for numerous international companies and research institutes worldwide.

   

Mr Aaron D. Hurvitz

Mr. Hurvitz obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Arizona in 2003, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007.  He also received his LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 2008.

Mr. Hurvitz first started his Intellectual Property experience when he was hired as the sole law clerk on an antitrust and illegal patent tying case that was ultimately heard before the United States Supreme Court.  He then drafted technology transfer agreements and worked on enforcement matters for an international law firm in Beijing, China. 

At Kangxin, Mr. Hurvitz currently advises the firm’s North American, European, Indian, and Australian clients on different aspects of Chinese Intellectual Property Law.  He specifically focuses on how best to introduce technology into China, and deals heavily with advising Kangxin’s clients on how best to effectuate positive enforcement of their Intellectual Property Rights.

Mr. Hurvitz travels frequently, lecturing and speaking at conferences about infringement and enforcement measures in China.

   

Dr. Wolfgang Lippich

Dr. Wolfgang Lippich is a German Patent Attorney as well as a European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney.

He studied physics and computer science in Munich and Geneva with honours and attained a doctorate in experimental particle physics at CERN (where the World Wide Web was invented). Inspired by his family roots he then entered into the patent world.

As a patent attorney, his special interest lies in prosecuting, defending and enforcing patents in the fields of mechanical engineering (e.g. hybrid drives, wind turbines), electrical engineering (e.g. electronics, electric drives, HV technology), telecommunication and computer science.

Dr. Lippich is a member of the German Society for Intellectual Property (GRUR), and the German Physical Society (DPG).
