Information about the exhibition

The exhibition will be built in the Sokos Hotel Tripla conference center, in the 5th floor.

Exhibition booths can be booked in advance in RIKS, BERG, COFFEE MARKET and LOBBY HALL of the conference center. All spaces are close to the the lecture hall.

The minimum size of the exhibition booth is 4 m2 and the maximum size is 16 m2. We recommend a square shape of a booth.

Exhibition cost / booth rent

FOR MEMBERS OF NÄE RY 220 € / m2 + VAT

FOR NON-MEMBERS €660 / m2 + VAT

The rent includes electricity, a low table (size: 140 cm x 40 cm), bar table and two chairs (no need to use the furniture, if they are not needed).

All elements used in the exhibition must be self standing elements. Attaching elements to the walls or ceiling is prohibited.

Construction and demolition schedule

The booths can be built from Friday 10.2 19:00 on.

Dismantling of exhibitions on Sunday evening 12.2 by 18:00.

The conference center can be accessed directly from the Tripla parking garage.
